Our Purpose
The food bank network in Utah distributes millions of pounds of food each year to
families in need and through other local organizations. Our purpose as the Regional
Food Banks is to work together focus on strengthening our network by increasing the visibility of local food banks and pantries, sharing food resources, and influencing public policy. As effective as this network is, we continue to seek opportunities to build
partnerships in the community to end hunger in Utah.
